OVERVIEW

Gateway Health Partners is seeking an experienced, team-focused Manager, Rebate Accounting. In this role, will be responsible for managing the regulatory reporting activities and GHP. This role requires a self-motivated attitude, great organizational skills, and demonstrated analytical skills.

This is a remote-based position where you may work from your home office.

KEY AREAS OF RESONPSIBILITY

• Oversee all federal regulatory rebate reporting deliverables: Annual DIR reporting for CMS, Annual RxDC reporting for CMS
• Oversee all state regulatory reporting requirements
• Backup for payment calculations and reporting for multiple business units
• Catalogue client reporting and ensure alignment across the organization
• Performing other job-related responsibilities, as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or related

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills with large data sets
• Advanced Excel Skills required
• Regulatory reporting experience preferred
• Experience with SQL preferred
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple deadlines while delivering excellent results
• PBM experience preferred
• Rebate experience preferred
• Alteryx experience a preferred
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed to interface with internal and external business stakeholders, partners/suppliers, and customers
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
