Ashley Blevins is an accomplished executive leader with over 25 years of expertise in account management, business development, and client strategy across the pharmacy benefit management, healthcare, and financial services industries. Recognized as a respected industry thought leader, she has a proven record of driving revenue growth, enhancing competitive positioning, and building high-performing teams that consistently exceed client expectations.
Ashley most recently served as Director of Pharmacy Account Management at CarelonRx (Elevance Health), where she was recruited to build and lead a new account management function supporting complex national accounts. She has successfully developed innovative service models, integrated new talent into critical roles, and strengthened operational partnerships to elevate client satisfaction. Her leadership contributions earned her the 2025 Elevance Impact Award.
Prior to Elevance, Ashley served as Vice President of Account Management at RxSense, where she oversaw strategic partnerships, directed enterprise account teams, and achieved 100% customer retention with 20% annual growth. She played a key role in launching new market solutions, optimizing provider network strategies, and identifying multimillion-dollar revenue opportunities.
Ashley spent more than a decade at UnitedHealth Group/OptumRx and Catamaran, rising through multiple senior leadership roles, including Senior Director overseeing employer and coalition market strategy. She led teams serving hundreds of clients, created specialized service models, improved analytics usage, and consistently delivered industry-leading retention rates, including 100% coalition retention for four consecutive years. Earlier in her career, she held impactful positions at PharmaCare/EHS, SG Cowen, Merrill Lynch, and MBNA.
Known for her integrity, authenticity, and collaborative leadership style, Ashley is skilled in data-driven strategy, change management, client retention, and organizational development. A former competitive swimmer and multiple OAC champion, she brings the same discipline, focus, and perseverance to her professional career.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a Business minor from John Carroll University and is based in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.
