Vice President, Business Optimization
As Vice President, Business Optimization, Jordan is responsible for driving growth, product, and value creation across Gateway. Jordan has more than 13 years of experience leading teams to develop creative, actionable solutions and then execute plans that deliver profitable results. Prior to Gateway, Jordan led M&A at VytlOne (formerly Maxor), a Gateway sister company.
Previously, Jordan led M&A, integrations, and strategy at Great Lakes Dental Partners (a Shore Capital Partners portfolio company). He spent 8 years at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant. He also served as a high school chemistry teacher through Teach for America.
Jordan earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Virginia and received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
