Rachel Schlukebier

Rachel Schlukebeir joined Gateway in 2020 and serves as the President, overseeing Gateway’s business development, sales, strategy, and account management, as well as providing cross-functional leadership and oversight to drive Gateway’s execution, growth, and development on key strategic priorities and to facilitate long-term value creation. With nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, she brings deep strategic insight and expertise in analytics to her role while ensuring innovative and effective solutions for our clients.

Before joining GHP, Rachel spent over 10 years at Prime Therapeutics, where she held key roles in Rebate Analytics and Reporting. Her responsibilities included statistical analysis, managing pharmacy guarantee risk tracking, and driving strategic planning and reporting initiatives. 

Rachel holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and Management from the University of St. Thomas-Opus College of Business, as well as a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
