Chief Client Officer
Ms. Yeager establishes expectations for client services and defines practices and processes that contribute to successful implementation and relationship development. She brings a wealth of strategic insight to managing client relationships and fostering collaborative growth. Her duties include overseeing the account management and clinical services teams to promote optimal outcomes. Ms. Yeager brings almost 25 years’ experience in pharmacy benefits management having worked in or led client services, Medicare Part D, reporting, compliance, product development, marketing and other areas. Before joining Gateway she spent time with Argus Health Systems (now DST Pharmacy Solutions), CatalystRx Health Solutions (later Catamaran) and WellPoint / Anthem. Early in her career, she was Director of Clinical Pharmacy at BCBS of North Carolina. Miranda holds a pharmacy degree from Auburn University and a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Policy and Evaluative Sciences from the University of North Carolina.
